苏州森光换热器有限公司成立于1998年。是国内第一家从事真空钎焊铝制散热器厂家。2001年通过IS09001质量体系认证，公司拥有散热器，换热器国家技术专利30余项。公司下属4家相关产品的分公司，分别为深圳森光散热器有限公司，苏州三川换热器有限公司，苏州晶良电器有限公司，苏州华瑞热控制技术有限公司。公司占地面积30000平方，建筑面积24000平方。公司员工320人，技术，管理团队占25%。

　　公司积极与国内高校和科研院所进行合作，不断提升自身的高新技术实力。目前与我司达成合作协议的有：清华大学，哈尔滨工业大学，西安交通大学，上海交通大学，哈尔滨焊接研究所等。公司拥有真空钎焊炉，搅拌摩擦焊设备，美国哈斯数控加工中心等高技术生产设备和三坐标测量仪，氦质谱检漏仪等检测设备。

　　公司目前主要生产散热器和换热器两大类。换热器应用与空分，石油，化工，空调领域。散热器应用与变频器，UPS，轨道交通，航空，船舶通讯，通讯电源，功率放大器及电力电子等领域。
